Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling outbound and inbound phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and account resolution. Responsibilities

* Handle outbound and inbound phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and account resolution

  • Provide knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to ensure customers feel informed and supported
  • Collaborate with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Utilize virtual team environments to stay connected with colleagues and participate in weekly contests and incentives
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records and customer notes in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

* Prior customer service experience in retail, sales, or wait staff roles (successful backgrounds in these areas have led to success in this role)

  • Access to a quiet and distraction-free workspace from home with a reliable internet connection
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
