About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the execution and delivery of high-impact product initiatives across the Guardhouse platform. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on experience working closely with senior product leaders, engineers, and customer-facing teams. You’ll help turn ideas into shipped features, ensure product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of product features from concept to release Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution and delivery Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Support to understand user needs Participate in customer calls and feedback sessions Help test new features and ensure quality before release Monitor product usage and identify improvement opportunities Assist with documentation and release notes What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in product, business analyst, or similar role Strong communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable working remotely with global teams Curious mindset and willingness to learn Basic understanding of agile processes Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus Tech & Tools Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite Working Setup 100% remote (Philippines-based) Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps recommended) Company-provided laptop Work with a global team across Australia, UK, and USA Why Join Guardhouse High-growth global SaaS company Work with experienced product leaders Hands-on product development exposure Clear progression into Product Manager roles Stable, long-term role with strong team culture Apply To This Job
