Why This Role Matters We’re expanding rapidly and need a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions for community associations. What You’ll Do Lead Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HOA/CDD and lifestyle sectors. Consultative Selling: Engage with boards, developers, and community leaders to understand needs and craft solutions. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value. Market Expansion: Collaborate with leadership on strategic plans for emerging markets. Brand Advocacy: Represent Inframark at industry events, networking forums, and community meetings. What We’re Looking For Proven success in business development preferably in community management or related industries. Certifications are helpful: CMCA, AMS, PCAM. Strong knowledge of HOA governance, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with CRM tools and virtual presentation platforms.
