About the Role

As a Customer Sales Executive - Part Time - Remote, you'll be working closely with our customers to provide exceptional service and support, receiving enquires and exploring additional requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls
  • Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
  • Up-selling additional products and services
  • Existing customer engagement and service management
  • Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five arenaflex values
  • Actively looking at new ways to improve customer journey

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customers' needs. You'll be great at building rapport with clients and have great success with achieving and surpassing targets. Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role and working remotely is highly desirable.

Key Qualifications and Skills

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
