Job Summary

As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team

  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and policies to provide accurate information and support to patients and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Familiarity with telehealth services and technology
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
