Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist - Live Chat & Email to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and email interactions. You'll work closely with our customers to identify and resolve their issues, provide technical support, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and address customer needs related to extended service plans
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and servicing covered products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and effective support

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or tech support role preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with chat and email customer service platforms is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

* Relevant certifications or training in customer service or technical support

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using chat and email platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Relevant certifications or training in customer service or technical support a plus

Experience Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred

  • Familiarity with chat and email customer service platforms is advantageous
