You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported. Key Responsibilities: * Issue, reissue, and discount traveler tickets * Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside) * Correct oversold seat tasks and issue upgrades * Issue vouchers and coordinate with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation * Coordinate refuel and refresh * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check * Work entry door reader/scanner and related tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models * Work jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers * Make boarding and departure door announcements * Convey domestic/international flight records * Perform traveler service flight close-out methods * Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintain a schedule of flight loading process * Perform client care hands-on training * Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters * Line up at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirm international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors * Perform client assistance work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Have standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements * Answer and assist during security and emergency situations * Provide interfacing traveler door information * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to Arenaflex's policies * Adhere to organizational procedures, systems, and performance guidelines * Complete task-related stages of training * Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA) * Utilize various internal resources/frameworks, including during client interactions * Wear uniform as required by organizational policy * Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following tasks: * Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Peak capabilities * Assist international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check * Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms What You'll Need for Success * Least Capabilities: + Education and Previous Professional Training + Bilingual language skills required in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identification, if applicable + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organizational and security requirements + Must be approved to work in the U.S. * Favored Capabilities: + Training and Previous Professional Training + Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service System + Previous face-to-face customer service experience + Working in a high-speed environment What You'll Get At Arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical benefits: On the first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
