Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer issues and concerns, and respond accordingly
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to a positive customer experience
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and promote arenaflex products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, with a passion for promoting and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
