The Opportunity

As an HSN Customer Service Specialist, you'll be an essential part of our team, working from home to answer inbound customer calls. Your role will involve problem-solving, de-escalating unique situations, promoting products, and driving sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, providing personalized experiences and resolving issues efficiently.

Life with arenaflex as a Customer Service Specialist

* Must reside in Virginia

  • Busy day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
  • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
  • Offer additional products on each customer interaction
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
  • Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex family of brands
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
  • Work from Home

Compensation

* Starting rate is $15.00/hour

System Requirements

Our Work-at-Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. A full specification list will be provided after your interview, but here are a few essential items:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
