Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a hybrid/remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from our Penn Yan, NY office or remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

  • Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving and communication, often collaborating with internal teams to find solutions
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to engage with customers and address their needs
  • Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of new products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products and services

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
