Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, including product demos, trials, and implementation support
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our offerings
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, such as SPIN or Challenger
  • Certification in sales or customer service, such as CSO or CSM

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Commission: 10% - 20% of sales revenue, depending on performance

  • Bonus: annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary, depending on performance
