Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a part-time employee, you will work 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, and a weekly presence at our office. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the customer loyalty experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our loyalty program, ensuring seamless integration with our e-commerce platform and physical stores. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Loyalty Managers in operational tasks and analyses, such as:

+ Administrative assistance in campaign management, including briefing creation, address releases, and information provision + Setting up vouchers (stationary/online, international) + Maintaining the Loyalty Backoffice System + Updating content and new benefits + Cost control + Maintaining the Gutschein-Seite (CAMP Backoffice) + Supporting the execution and post-processing of win games

  • Collaborating with internal departments such as CRM, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Procurement to ensure optimal coordination
  • Identifying and optimizing existing processes, proposing improvements, and implementing changes
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform loyalty program development

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed commercial education or equivalent background
  • Ideally, prior experience in the loyalty field or in retail/e-commerce
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Confluence, Asana, and MS Office
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapid technological advancements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-oriented work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
  • A positive, open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
