- Warehouse Operations: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Shipping
- Integration: ERP systems, EDI, batch processing
- SQL, UNIX/Linux, system troubleshooting
- Incident & Problem Management (ITIL-based AMS)
AWS Migration Experience
- Key contributor in migration of WMS from on-prem to AWS (EC2, RDS)
- Supported data validation, interface synchronization, and cutover execution
- Conducted post-migration reconciliation (inventory, orders, batch jobs)
- Worked with infra teams for performance tuning & issue resolution
Recent Experience
- Supported NJ-based retail distribution operations
- Managed high-priority issues during cloud transition phase
- Improved system uptime to ~99.4% post AWS migration
