About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented person to help keep projects and daily operations running smoothly. This role involves supporting team members, keeping information organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team, so flexibility and communication are key. PCM is a unique company that offers true potential for internal promotion. Responsibilities

  • Work with team members on various projects and follow up on tasks.
  • Keep track of data, updates, and files to ensure everything stays organized.
  • Write and edit simple notes, emails, or summaries when needed.
  • Communicate with team members through Slack, email, and video calls.
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Dependable and able to follow through on instructions.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and software.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Logistics

  • Full-time, around 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend work if needed.
  • 100% remote — our team values flexibility and understands life happens.
