What You'll Be Doing

As a Medical Billing Practice Management Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert support and guidance to ensure they get the most out of our practice management software. Your responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

Client Support

+ Be the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and managing support tickets in a timely and professional manner. + Listen carefully to understand client concerns and provide clear, effective solutions that meet their needs. + Keep clients updated throughout the troubleshooting process, ensuring transparency and trust. + Test system functionality to confirm issue resolution before closing tickets.

Continuous Learning

+ Share client feedback and enhancement requests with our product team to improve the software and enhance the user experience. + Stay up to date on software updates and new features, and participate in testing new releases to ensure quality assurance. + Mentor team members and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key product areas, sharing your knowledge and expertise with others.

What You Bring to the Team

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: ### Essential Qualifications

  • Expertise in Medical Billing: You have at least three years of experience in medical billing and understand billing concepts and terminology.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy troubleshooting and researching to find the best solutions, and are comfortable navigating complex technical issues.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly explain technical details in a way that clients understand, and are comfortable communicating with clients and teammates in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Tech-Savviness: You're comfortable navigating Google Docs and learning new software tools, and are willing to adapt to new technologies and systems.

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Practice Management Software: You have experience working with practice management software, and are familiar with the features and functionality of our system.
  • Certifications in Medical Billing: You hold certifications in medical billing, such as CPC or CMC, and are committed to staying up to date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Experience in a Support Role: You have experience in a support role, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
