A Typical Day in the Life
In this role, you can expect to:
- Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently
- Collaborate with our global team to share best practices and learn from one another
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Residency within North Carolina or surrounding areas
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- High-speed internet access (> 40mbps)
