About the Role

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries on businesses' Facebook accounts, addressing frequently asked questions, and providing clear and polite communication.
  • Conducting yourself professionally and thoughtfully, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Working independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access social media and website chat functions.
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses.
  • Collaborating with the Support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support.
