Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients. This will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving and quickly assessing customer needs
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with multiple systems and programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background and credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Availability and Scheduling

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, allowing you to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients.

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to meet our basic technology requirements, which include:

  • A Windows-based computer or laptop
  • A reliable internet connection
  • A headset or earpiece
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace
