Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish/English) to join our team. As a customer service expert, you will provide top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
  • Resolve basic technical issues and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

As a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be measured on the following KPIs:

  • First Call Resolution (FCR) rate
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Quality Monitoring (QM) score

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable computer and internet connection
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software and databases
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
