Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Multiple Live Chat Conversations: Engage in real-time conversations with website visitors, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries during assigned hours.
  • Providing Accurate Information: Offer detailed information about our construction and roofing services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Converting Interactions into Qualified Leads: Convert chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments, working closely with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Documenting Interactions: Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain organized records, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicating Effectively: Communicate effectively with sales and project teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a Friendly and Helpful Tone: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and helpful tone while managing multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior Experience in Live Chat Support: A minimum of 6 months of experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance.
  • Excellent Written Communication: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to type at a minimum speed of 45 WPM.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Reliable Internet Connection and Quiet Remote Work Setup: A reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently from home.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are strongly preferred:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Live Chat Tools: Experience with tools like LiveChat, Intercom, or Zendesk Chat, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Construction or Home Services Industry: Familiarity with the construction or home services industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
