We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. About the Role: * Location: Remote (must live within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD) * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (training and production) * Compensation: $17.00 - $31.30 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing inquiries on eligibility, provider changes, ID cards, and more. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an excellent experience to our callers every time. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we're looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our ranks. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries on benefits, eligibility, services, and more * Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable * Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to customers * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellent customer service Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent GED * Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form * Self-sufficient and able to work from home with minimal supervision * Ability to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when needed due to technical issues * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working remotely in a call center setting * Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry * Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Paid time off, holidays, and well-being programs * Opportunities for education assistance and career development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate professionals Why Join arenaflex?
