Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming contacts for arenaflex brands via voice, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support to our guests.
  • Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests, ensuring that our guests have a seamless experience.
  • Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, ensuring that our guests feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow with our company.
  • No related work experience required – we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
  • No supervisory experience required – we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed in this role.
  • To live within 100 miles of Austin, TX CEC, ensuring that you can easily connect with our team and participate in our dynamic work environment.
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed, allowing you to stay connected and productive from the comfort of your home.
