Job Overview:

We're looking for a customer-focused and results-driven individual to join our team. No prior experience is required, as we provide thorough training to help you excel in this role. Your schedule will include:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

In this role, you'll:

• Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring an exceptional experience
• Provide accurate information about our services and pricing, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Handle customer questions and complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy
• Process orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and productive environment
• Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Follow instructions accurately and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Are dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional results
• Meet the minimum height requirement of 5 feet 2 inches
