Main Responsibilities

As a Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialist, your main duties will include:

  • Properly Document In-Home Usage Tests: Follow instructions to document your experiences with the product, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries.
  • Take Care of the Product: Use the product responsibly and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project.
  • Read and Follow Instructions: Carefully read and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of the product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
  • Participate in Private Chat Rooms: Engage in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss the product being tested.
  • Write Reviews: Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.

Requirements

To succeed as a Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialist, you'll need:

  • Ability to Follow Instructions: Carefully follow specific instructions and guidelines.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a curious spirit and attention to detail in your work.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine.
  • Access to Technology: Have access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures.
