Responsibilities

As a Marketing Consultant III – Customer Lifecycle Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Proactive Collaboration: Pursue self-development and effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise to coworkers and customers.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Complete work assignments by applying up-to-date expertise in subject areas to generate creative solutions that drive results.
  • Market Data Collection and Synthesis: Conduct market data collection and synthesis under guidance from more senior colleagues, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and insights.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives by developing strategic plan deliverables that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Implement strategic go-to-market plans by assessing and validating channel partner needs and performance, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Integrated Marketing Communications: Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies and programs that drive customer awareness and engagement.
  • Creative Team Support: Assist the creative team by gathering data, research, stakeholder input, and sign-off, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with our brand and messaging.
  • Marketing Project Management: Assist in marketing project management by developing and updating project plans, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Marketing Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, or a directly related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: One (1) year of experience in a heavily regulated industry, such as healthcare or banking, is a plus.
  • Writing and Editing Skills: One (1) year of experience in writing or editing for marketing, communications, or business initiatives is also a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Industry Expertise: Experience working in a heavily regulated industry, such as healthcare or banking.
  • Writing and Editing: Experience in writing or editing for marketing, communications, or business initiatives.
