Position Details: Salesforce Developer- Remote-Hartford CT Location :Remote–Local candidates preferred Project Duration :07/01/2026–06/30/2027 Pay Rate : $50 to $55/hr on W2 Key Duties
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications; perform defect analysis, design updates, and code corrections.
- Manage configurations and workflows to support evolving business needs.
- Apply Agile development practices in a collaborative team environment.
- Develop using Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and work within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Build and maintain Salesforce API integrations across multiple platforms.
- Diagnose platform issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
- Conduct system performance testing and tuning to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Review and troubleshoot vendor partner work to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- 2+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, LWC, Apex, Aura, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Web Services, OAuth, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Git-based source control (e.g., Bitbucket).
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
