Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A high level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also desirable.
