As an At-Home Advisor, you will represent Apple and assist customers with technical troubleshooting, product questions, service support, and device guidance—all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, or email

Troubleshoot Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and more

Assist customers with account, software, and technical issues

Educate users on Apple features, settings, and digital ecosystem

- Required Qualifications
