Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a driven and passionate Retail Part-Time Keyholder at the St. Louis Galleria in St. Louis, MO! The Sales Lead will report directly to the Store Manager and play an essential role in supporting day-to-day store operations and team development. As a Part Time Sales Lead you are responsible for supporting Store Leadership in building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring the Savage x Fenty experience! In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to uphold the values and culture of our organization as we establish our retail fleet presence across the country. As a leader in our stores, you will be integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer. Sales Lead will report to Store Manager What you will do: Upkeep an inclusive store culture that is reflective of our values and brand ethos resulting in a team of engaged store associates and outstanding customer experiences. Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures, bank deposits, driving productivity during downtime, upholding cleanliness standards, and ensuring a welcoming, service-focused sales floor at all times. Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business owners who hold themselves accountable to individual and overall performance. Actively engage our customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product. Provides training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook & other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.) Works in coordination with the Store Manager and Leads to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual & team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to increase overall Customer experience. Maintain store-merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the Customer’s purchase journey. Actively participate to provide and nourish feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence meeting and exceeding Store objectives as it relates to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards, as well as identify and communicate potential issues. Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, joining inventory counts and maintaining an organized back of house; Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs. Assists with visual merchandising standards by partnering with the Store Manager. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store, including sales floor, stockroom, and common areas. Additional duties may be assigned in accordance with business or operational needs. What you can bring: Experience: 1-2 years in customer-facing role with a focus on lingerie and intimates a plus high volume retail environment A flexible and reliable schedule; You will be scheduled to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset leading multiple initiatives. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate vision and purpose clearly. Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology as component of daily responsibilities. Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions. Ability to work in team selling environment. This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders. Flexibility with your schedule. Open to working evenings, weekends and Holidays.
