• Key Responsibilities
• Contact consumers to resolve outstanding accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements professionally and compliantly
• Manage a high-volume account portfolio
• Accurately document account activity
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals
• What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of third-party collections experience required (remote experience a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional phone presence
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must reside in the US
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
