At arenaflex, we blend cutting‑edge analytics, sophisticated marketing technology, and a culture of continuous improvement to drive meaningful outcomes for both our customers and our business.

Why This Role Matters

As the Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst, you will be the strategic bridge between data, technology, and marketing execution. Your expertise will shape how arenaflex designs, launches, and refines customer‑centric campaigns that increase engagement, boost revenue, and reduce churn. You will work directly with the Executive Vice President of Analytics and the Customer Marketing Director, influencing decisions that affect millions of users across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Architecture & Data Management

  • Become the resident systems expert for arenaflex’s marketing technology stack, including Braze, Amplitude, and our enterprise data warehouse.
  • Guide the marketing team through the end‑to‑end implementation of campaigns, translating business goals into technical specifications, data requirements, and configuration steps.
  • Deeply understand the underlying data architecture and articulate how it impacts segmentation, personalization, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Design, build, and maintain dynamic customer attributes, events, and cohorts within Braze and Amplitude to enable real‑time campaign activation.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to define and prioritize requirements for new custom attributes, event tracking, and API integrations.
  • Lead innovation initiatives that unlock automation opportunities, reducing manual effort and increasing speed to market.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities by analyzing campaign data, market trends, and customer behavior, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, loyalty programs, and other marketing initiatives, providing data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Translate analytical insights into concrete promotional strategies, influencing messaging, timing, and channel mix.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance segmentation sophistication, A/B and multivariate testing, journey pathing, and reporting frameworks.
  • Own the “Next Best Offer” engine, orchestrating cross‑channel recommendations that align with customer lifecycle stage, segmentation, and business objectives.
  • Develop testing strategies tied to distinct customer personas, maximizing upsell and cross‑sell potential within the arenaflex ecosystem.
  • Identify churn drivers through cohort analysis and implement retention tactics that improve long‑term customer value.
  • Provide strategic guidance for VIP segment programs, ensuring high‑value customers receive tailored experiences.
  • Continuously refine campaign targeting and personalization by leveraging deep data analysis and predictive modeling.

Analytics, Reporting & Insight Delivery

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Create specialized reports that answer critical business questions, uncover hidden patterns, and surface opportunities for growth.
  • Measure and optimize return on investment (ROI) for marketing spend, presenting clear business cases to stakeholders.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources—including the data warehouse, Braze, Amplitude, and third‑party platforms—to produce comprehensive, ad‑hoc analyses.
  • Champion a data‑first culture by educating cross‑functional partners on interpreting metrics and making evidence‑based decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Academic background in a quantitative discipline such as Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Business, or equivalent hands‑on experience in customer lifecycle planning and analytics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a senior analytics or lifecycle marketing role, with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated expertise with either Braze or Amplitude (or both), including configuration of attributes, event tracking, and campaign orchestration.
  • Hands‑on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, with the ability to quantify incremental lift and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or similar data‑visualization tools to build compelling dashboards.
  • Familiarity with data‑warehouse concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing teams in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex analytical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Passion for staying current with emerging marketing technologies, data‑science techniques, and industry best practices.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to dissect large data sets, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Vision to align analytical work with broader business objectives and long‑term growth plans.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfort navigating marketing platforms, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to senior marketers.
