Physician and APP Sourcing Specialist - Dermatology PPM

The Physician & Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified physicians and APP candidates (NPs and PAs). This role operates with a sales-driven, outbound approach and is focused on pipeline generation, candidate engagement, and market penetration.

Job Description

Source physicians and APPs via LinkedIn, Doximity, job boards, and residency programs Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts) Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets Use sales techniques to engage passive candidates Conduct initial candidate qualification Transition candidates to recruiters Maintain ATS/CRM records Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles Track and report sourcing metrics Stay informed on market trends

Qualifications
