Job Description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native platforms. The role combines infrastructure engineering, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, observability, and security-by-design in regulated and mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud and server infrastructure
- Develop, optimize, and operate CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD)
- Implement and manage container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes
- Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
- Apply security hardening, IAM, secrets management, and Zero Trust principles
- Support confidential computing and secure microservices (TEE/VAU, SCONE, Scontain)
- Integrate and manage HSMs and key management systems
- Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and cost optimization
Qualifications
Compact Technical Stack
- Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
- CI/CD & GitOps: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD
- Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana
- Databases & Middleware: PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Nginx
- Security & Networking: IAM, Zero Trust, VPN, system and network hardening
- OS & Performance: Linux, Garden Linux, Apache JMeter
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Senior DevOps / Platform / SRE Engineer
- Strong Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud security expertise
- Experience with observability, incident response, and automation
- Solid Linux system administration skills
- Strong communication skills in English
