We are looking for a Technical & Customer Support – DATA IT L1 (LATAM) to join our Regional Support Center team and support our growing LATAM operations. Scope: LATAM | Remote / Regional interaction Language: Spanish fluency is essential About the role As a Technical Support, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality support and customer experience across our DATA IT solutions. You will be responsible for: Providing L1 technical support in DATA IT environments Managing incidents and ensuring proper troubleshooting and escalation Supporting system users and customers across LATAM Collaborating with global teams (L2, QA, IT, Global Support) Ensuring accurate documentation and traceability in CRM systems What we are looking for We are seeking a profile that combines: Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset Strong customer focus and accountability Ability to work collaboratively in a regional and multicultural environment Must-have: Spanish fluency (daily communication with LATAM customers and stakeholders). Proven experience and/or formal education in systems or digital solutions. Familiarity with connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote support. Why join us?
