ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Senior Test Engineer in our offices in Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil). ABOUT CLIENT The company is a leading health, sport, and leisure group in Europe, operating 116 clubs, including 100 in the UK and additional locations across the Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe, and Asia. The goal is to ensure high product quality by supporting day-to-day testing activities and contributing to work involving a CRM system. \n REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in the QA field Ability to establish and improve QA practices across an evolving solution Strong understanding and practical use of testing methods, levels, types, and metrics Hands-on experience with defect tracking and task management tools in a Kanban setup Experience with test automation tools and environments (CI/CD, version control, build tools) Experience with API/Web/Mobile services testing and basic performance/load testing Experience with test estimation and prioritization in a dynamic support environment Strong understanding of risk-based testing and prioritization of urgent issues Experience in test planning, adapted to continuous delivery / support model Strong knowledge of environment configuration and support setup Familiarity with Active Directory and VPN Experience working with business applications, including CRM systems Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform testing activities for web, mobile, and CRM systems in a Kanban-based support environment Validate fixes, handle incoming issues, and ensure the quality of ongoing releases Design, execute, and maintain test cases and related documentation Analyse requirements and production issues to ensure proper test coverage Manage test data and use defect tracking and test management tools Contribute to QA process improvement and ensure best practices are followed Prioritise and estimate testing efforts based on business impact and risk Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous delivery WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Close cooperation with a customer Challenging tasks Competence development Team of professionals Dynamic environment with a low level of bureaucracy \n Apply To This Job
