This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business applications. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system efficiency. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to software support and troubleshooting. - Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly. - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and issue tracking tools.
