At Intrado, all of our work truly matters. Responsibilities/Qualifications Intrado is looking to hire a Project Manager to join our Government Solutions team with a focus on ECaTS. Emergency Call Tracking System (ECaTS) Analytics helps you transform 911 data into actionable insights with near real-time analytics for customized reporting options for Wireless Routing, Forecasting, MIS, Text to 911, i3 Logging, and more. Intrado’s Analytics is a high growth area for the company and the 911 industry. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones Collaboration:Motivate cross-functional project teams to work together, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members Resolve conflicts and provide guidance and support to the project team Risk Management & Problem Solving:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Proactively address project issues and obstacles to keep projects on track Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals Quality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client requirements Oversee the development and execution of test plans and quality control procedures Facilitate project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, computer science, MIS, or a related field Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements Experience: 2-3 years project management experience SaaS experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required Advanced knowledge of MS Project required Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results Total Rewards Want to love where you work?
