HANA DB Admin
We are seeking an SAP HANA Administrator to provide L2/L3 support for complex SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise in HANA/Sybase database administration, proactive issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination in a managed service delivery model. This role demands operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous learning in a dynamic global support setup.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver L2/L3 technical support for SAP HANA infrastructure in compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Administer HANA and Sybase databases, including backup, recovery, performance tuning, and space management. Handle P1/P2 incidents with urgency and precision, ensuring timely resolution and de-escalation. Track and report SLA/KPI metrics; ensure compliance with ITIL best practices. Prior experience in ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) will be considered an advantage. Required Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience in HANA and Sybase database operations. Experience in managed service delivery and global support environments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA/KPI tracking. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
