Physician (MD/DO) – Longevity Medicine & Preventive Health (Telehealth)

Position Summary Healthspan is seeking experienced, patient-focused physicians (MD/DO) who are passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, healthy aging, and longevity-focused care. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with a consultative approach, helping patients understand complex health data and implement personalized treatment strategies designed to maximize long-term wellness and quality of life. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations and follow-up visits Review medical histories, diagnostic testing, and advanced laboratory panels Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based clinical guidelines Diagnose and manage hormone-related conditions in both men and women Prescribe and monitor therapies including: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Metabolic health interventions Weight management therapies Preventive and longevity-focused treatment protocols Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle optimization Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary care teams
Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Active unrestricted medical license in good standing Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical practice experience Telehealth experience or strong interest in virtual care delivery Strong communication and patient engagement skills Comfort practicing in a technology-enabled care environment
Preferred Qualifications
Multiple active state licenses Experience managing HRT and TRT programs Functional Medicine or Integrative Medicine experience Preventive Medicine training or certification Obesity Medicine experience Menopause management experience Experience interpreting advanced hormone, metabolic, cardiovascular, and longevity-related laboratory testing Familiarity with emerging longevity therapies and evidence-based healthy aging interventions Experience in concierge, executive health, or direct-to-consumer healthcare models Ideal Candidate The successful physician believes the future of medicine lies in prevention, optimization, and patient empowerment.
