This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other talent acquisition channels
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing channels
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring process activities from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Promote the company's employer brand, culture, and career opportunities to attract top talent
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes
  • Provide regular recruiting updates and status reports to hiring managers and leadership teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience within a professional or enterprise environment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple job functions
  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking strategies
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business stakeholders
  • Stable work history within large enterprise organizations

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts within large corporate environments
  • Professional HR or recruiting certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar
  • Experience with talent pipeline development and workforce planning
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to drive hiring decisions
  • 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred
