Position Overview arenaflex is currently seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk to strengthen our Administration Team in Hendersonville, NC. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clinical and administrative data are accurately captured, organized, and readily available for clinicians, administrators, and external partners. Key Responsibilities

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the seamless flow of medical information throughout arenaflex. Core duties include: Navigating multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems to locate and retrieve historical lab, radiology, and referral reports. Pulling, filing, transferring, and scanning clinical documents, ensuring each record is correctly labeled and stored. Entering patient information into the EMR with precision, meeting established timeframes to support timely patient care. Transferring historical medical records—including laboratory, radiology, hospital, and specialist reports—into the current system. Responding promptly to information requests from clinical staff, providers, and external agencies. Maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s patient confidentiality policies at all times. Performing manual data entry tasks for health‑care information, verifying accuracy against source documents. Collaborating with the health‑information management team to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality. Assisting with periodic audits of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
