There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation. Earnings are based on successful client referrals and closed business. Position Summary InfraNet HR is seeking independent Referral Partners to introduce organizations to our platform. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with established business relationships and experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, payroll, employee benefits, workers' compensation, insurance, safety, consulting, or business development. We are looking for relationship builders who enjoy connecting organizations with solutions that solve real operational challenges. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity with no quotas, territory restrictions, or required schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and referral sources
  • Identify organizations that may benefit from InfraNet HR
  • Introduce decision-makers to the InfraNet team
  • Schedule discovery conversations and demonstrations
  • Maintain communication with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Support long-term relationship development and client success
  • Represent InfraNet HR professionally and ethically

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Professional network or business development experience preferred
  • Experience in HR, staffing, payroll, benefits, insurance, safety, consulting, or operations is a plus
  • Ability to build trust and identify opportunities within organizations

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is earned through successful client referrals and closed business. Earnings vary based on referral activity, client size, and contract value. InfraNet HR values long-term partnerships. Volume incentives, enhanced commission structures, customized payment schedules, and strategic partnership arrangements may be available for established partners based on performance, referral volume, and overall fit.
