BHI supports clinicians, public agencies, hospitals, universities, Children’s Advocacy Centers, and behavioral health organizations with authorized digital access to trauma assessment tools used in the care of trauma-exposed children and adolescents. As behavioral health organizations continue modernizing clinical workflows and moving away from legacy paper/PDF assessment models, BHI is expanding access to its authorized Automated Platform through strategic partnerships, enterprise relationships, and public-sector engagement. Role Overview BHI is seeking a well-connected behavioral health, public mental health, child trauma, or clinical services professional to serve as a Strategic Partnerships Advisor. This is a flexible, relationship-driven opportunity designed for someone who already has an active professional network in behavioral health and is interested in helping organizations gain access to authorized clinical assessment technology. The ideal partner already works in, sells to, advises, or maintains relationships with county behavioral health departments, state mental health agencies, Children’s Advocacy Centers, trauma programs, hospitals, universities, school-based mental health programs, juvenile justice programs, child welfare organizations, or behavioral health associations. This opportunity is especially well-suited for someone who is already employed or consulting in the field and has trusted professional relationships they can leverage appropriately. Ideal Candidate Profile The strongest candidates will have:

  • 200+ relevant professional connections in behavioral health, child trauma, public mental health, clinical services, or related fields
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers or influencers in county, state, nonprofit, hospital, university, CAC, or association-based behavioral health organizations
  • Familiarity with child/adolescent mental health, trauma-informed care, clinical assessment, evidence-based programs, or public-sector behavioral health systems
  • Ability to make warm introductions to qualified stakeholders
  • Strong professional credibility and communication skills
  • Interest in a flexible, performance-driven partnership model
  • A practical understanding of how behavioral health organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement clinical tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify organizations that may benefit from authorized digital access to trauma assessment technology
  • Make warm introductions to relevant decision-makers and influencers
  • Help qualify opportunities based on organization type, clinical need, timing, stakeholder fit, and potential account size
  • Support occasional introductory calls when relationship context is helpful
  • Provide insight into buying processes, procurement timelines, association relationships, grant-funded opportunities, and funding channels
  • Help BHI build a repeatable partnership and referral motion across behavioral health, child trauma, county, state, nonprofit, and clinical networks
  • Represent BHI professionally and ethically within existing relationships
  • Support BHI’s broader goal of expanding compliant access to authorized trauma assessment tools

Compensation

This is a performance-driven opportunity with uncapped commission potential. Compensation is based on revenue generated from referred or partner-sourced opportunities, with commission available on closed deals and continuing revenue tied to referred accounts. This structure is designed to reward partners who bring meaningful long-term relationships, enterprise opportunities, and repeatable referral channels. Flexible engagement models may include:

Specific commission terms will be discussed with qualified candidates based on network strength, expected involvement, opportunity quality, and account potential. What Success Looks Like Within the first 3–6 months, success may include:

  • Meetings with county, state, nonprofit, hospital, university, CAC, or association-based stakeholders
  • Active enterprise pipeline created from existing relationships
  • First closed opportunities from referred accounts
  • A repeatable referral motion established in one or more behavioral health segments
