[Remote] Licensed U65 ACA Sales Carrier Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Allstate Insurance Co. is a leading company dedicated to protecting families and their belongings from life's uncertainties. They are seeking a Licensed U65 ACA Sales Carrier Specialist to primarily sell ACA health insurance plans for individuals under 65, using a consultative sales approach to assist customers in navigating their health insurance options.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers seeking information about health insurance options
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend and enroll customers into appropriate plans/ACA plans
- Quote, present, overcome objections, and close sales with confidence and professionalism
- Make outbound sales calls as part of sales campaigns
- Accurately document all customer interactions and enrollments in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales and quality assurance (QA) performance metrics
- Participate in QA feedback sessions and continuous improvement coaching
Skills
- Active Resident Life & Health Insurance License (required at time of hire)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to sell ACA/Under-65 health insurance products
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfort working in a high-volume inside sales environment
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- 0–2 years of experience in Inside sales
- 0–2 years of experience in Health insurance sales (ACA preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in Call center or customer-facing roles
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred (not required)
