Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to enhance organizational effectiveness through innovative digital strategies. The role involves assessing new tools' impact on missions and collaborating with stakeholders to develop transformative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Improve the systems that move entire organizations forward
  • Assess how new tools will impact missions
  • Develop and contribute to transformative technology and business system solutions

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience delivering digital solutions
  • Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI and UX, or artificial intelligence
  • Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts in the public sector
  • Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Experience planning and executing large projects, including client engagement
  • Ability to develop presentations and work products using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Secret clearance
