Customer Support Officer
Suffolk County Council is seeking Customer Support Officers to join their Customer Support team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to residents through various communication methods, primarily telephone enquiries, and requires a proactive and flexible approach.
Responsibilities
- Providing frontline customer service to our residents
- Handling a high volume of telephone enquiries (between 65-85 calls handled per day, per officer)
- Resolving customer queries as much as possible at the first point of contact
- Understanding situations and developing solutions to problems using your own initiative
