Quality Control Specialist
Publicis Digital Experience is a division of Publicis Groupe focused on enhancing digital capabilities for clients. The Quality Control Specialist ensures accuracy and quality across team processes, reviewing enrollments, managing a shared inbox, and supporting projects to improve team workflows.
Responsibilities
- Review enrollments for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct errors or escalate issues as needed
- Manage and respond to a shared team inbox
- Assist with team projects and track progress
- Help create, improve, and maintain team processes
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and time management skills
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic experience with email and spreadsheets preferred
