Client Solutions Associate - Enterprise Data Solutions - San Francisco, CA | Boston, MA (October 2026)

FactSet is a leading provider of flexible, open data and software solutions for investment professionals worldwide. They are seeking a Client Solutions Associate to build relationships with clients, promote product usage, and ensure smooth onboarding through targeted training and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business and technical processes, and provide tailored solutions using FactSet’s data products
• Provide guidance on FactSet data solutions and increase adoption of FactSet APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services
• Plan and lead product trainings, feedback sessions, and business reviews

Skills

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
• Client centric mindset
• Desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions
• Experience or desire to be client facing as a subject matter expert
• Proficiency at learning, using, and applying new technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, or scripting languages (Python, R, SQL) highly valued
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
• Bachelor's Degree Conferred by September of 2026
