[Remote] Inside Sales Account Manager - East
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, providing a safe and reliable platform for consumers to buy and sell luxury items. The Inside Sales Account Manager will drive repeat business by engaging existing clients, managing contracts, and delivering a high-touch remote client experience in a quota-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Re-engage existing clients within assigned book
- Convert marketing-generated reactivation leads
- Drive repeat consignments through daily outreach
- Maintain consistent outbound cadence via phone/text/email
- Review contracts and set pricing expectations confidently
- Deliver a reliable, white-glove remote client experience
- Maintain CRM accuracy and clear next steps
- Generate referrals from satisfied repeat consignors
Skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
- Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
