Outside Sales Rep- Western NY Territory - $5k Sign-On Bonus!
Window Nation is a rapidly growing company looking for driven sales professionals to build a high-income career. The role involves managing a territory in Western New York, conducting in-home sales appointments, and providing estimates and financing options to homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Run 2–3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day (no cold calling)
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners
- Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment
- Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps
- Manage follow-up and maintain your sales pipeline
Skills
- 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards
- Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
- Self-motivated and disciplined work style
- In-home sales (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar)
- Commission-based or high-performance sales experience
- Territory or route-based sales
- Strong communication and closing ability
